Three ways in

Compare the packages

Everyone gets the same course. The difference is how much of me comes with it. Most people start with the course on its own.

The Course

Just over $3 a day

$97 a month for 12 months. Or $997 once.

  • All 40 video lessons across 6 modules
  • All 36 PDF handouts
  • Everything unlocks the day you join
  • Lifetime access and every future update
  • The BAYC Galley Chats community

This is a payment plan, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing switches off. Twelve payments and you are done, and the course is yours for life. Rather pay less overall? Three payments of $332.33 costs you nothing extra over paying once.

Course and Community Access

$997 + $99/mo

First 30 days of the monthly are free.

  • Everything in The Course, plus:
  • BAYC Jobs Group, new jobs 12 hours before any other chef group
  • BAYC WhatsApp Community, ask me and the group anything
  • Monthly live Q&A

Two separate things. The $997 is the course and it is yours for life. The $99 a month is the groups, and that one is a real subscription that runs until you stop it. Cancel any time and you keep the course and all 36 handouts, you just come out of the groups.

Full Support Package

$997 + $1,099/mo

First 30 days of the monthly are free.

  • Everything in Course and Community Access, plus:
  • A 1 hour 1:1 call with me every 90 days
  • Direct WhatsApp access to me
  • CV and portfolio review, with referrals through Yacht Chef Jobs
  • 14 days of crew menus and 14 days of guest menus
  • Full CV creation service

Two separate things. The $997 is the course and it is yours for life. The $1,099 a month is me, and that runs until you stop it. Cancel any time and you keep the course, your menus and all 36 handouts. What stops is the access to me. I keep this tier small so everyone gets proper time.

Work with me 1:1

Not sure which one? Answer seven questions and see whether a call with me is your next move. I don't work with everyone, so I ask first, and if the honest answer is “not yet” you will get that instead. Or start with Module 1 free.
